Who am I?
Who am I?
My name is Ilkin Ismailov and I’m computer systems and technologies graduate from the University of Ruse, with a long running interest in web development. I was born and raised in Ruse, Bulgaria. I’ve been working as a web developer now for 5 years, though have been using HTML/CSS/JavaScript for over 7 and PHP for 4.
My favourite languages at current are PHP and JavaScript. With latter I recently created many applications and I also managed to make myself a fully playable browser based puzzle (tetris simulator), which can be seen and played at facebook and here. Additionally, I managed to find various bugs in the biggest e-mail system in Bulgaria (xss @ abv.bg) in 2013.
My interest in computers sprang from seeing someone I knew creating a basic html website and wanting to be able to do the same. Soon after this, I hit up a load of online tutorials and quickly skilled myself up as a capable geek.
Besides programming languages I also speak Bulgarian, English and Turkish. I spend time mostly for coding but I also love repairing various electronic devices, visiting new places, off road driving, walking in the nature and hunting for truffles.
A brief overview of some of my past work.
